Q. Can I get in contact even though I'm unsure my business challenge is People or Culture related?

A. Absolutely. Based on our experiences, People and Culture will be in the mix. This said, we don't pretend to be something that we are not. If we feel we can't help or add value, we won't leave you hanging. We've worked with loads of amazing people that we trust and love working with. We love our coffee, but we love helping our clients more.

 

Q. YOU SAY YOU DONT MIND THE SIZE OF THE ENGAGEMENT, IT'S THE SIZE OF THE SMILES FROM THE PEOPLE THAT MOTIVATES YOU? CAN you give me SOME EXAMPLES?

A. It is time to get creative. We need to be redesigning our business, strategy, ways of working and People and Culture based on the concept of “how will we do what we are doing in a different world.” Because our new ordinary is different.
