We are passionate about the 4C’s – Culture, Commercials, Connection and Community. Ok 5C’s if you include our love for coffee. CultureXP has the heart of a non-profit and the head of a fresh-thinking innovative for-profit business.

Our story is simple. We want to help build the best places to work. Our love for doing the right things for businesses and their people, influences the way we partner, deliver and ultimately measure our satisfaction for what we do.

We are shaped by the core belief that everyone deserves to be inspired to go to work, to feel safe while there, and to go home feeling fulfilled with the work they have done. It’s how life should be.

BLAIR LOVEDAY, CO-FOUNDER & CULTURE COACH

I’m an unshakable optimist who is passionate about the 4C’s – Culture, Commercials, Connection, and Community. OK, 5C’s if you include my love for coffee. I’m fascinated by the people and organisations that believe that if we do the right thing, then, in the long run, we will be a part of building something great.

With a vision to change the way businesses think, act, and operate, I help leaders and companies build the best places to work. I lead from the heart and bring empathy with perspective. I speak fluent Culture, and my creative leadership style reflects my passion for having fun and for finding and developing genuinely extraordinary people, teams, and workplaces. It is how life should be.
